Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery (courier service with guaranteed delivery next day), Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (First Class post with signature upon delivery) or Rapid Dispatch (APC National) Courier Service. All are Sign For services depending on the size and weight of the order.

Our shopping basket software will advise you of the cost at the checkout.

Orders sent by courier will normally reach you by 6.00pm on the following working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class Post to over 95% of the country on the following working day.

If an order is urgent please contact us to check stocks before completing the order.

If your order is received before 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) it will normally, subject to stock availability, be despatched next day, although most orders received before 3.00pm are despatched same day. At busier times orders may take between 24 and 48 hours to be despatched.

We reserve the right to upgrade from Royal Mail to a Courier Service at our discretion due to size, weight or value of an order, this upgrade will be at OUR expense.

A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you do not have time to check goods please sign the receipt note UNCHECKED as failure to do so could result in problems claiming for goods damaged in transit.

RETURNS

We regret that post and packing costs cannot be refunded. For your protection, please send any items for return using Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Secure Courier only.

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect product(s) or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.
